SEC hosting SEGi-Mix Finals

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: SEGi Entrepreneurship Council from SEGi Kuala Lumpur organizes and will hold a competition tagged “SEGi-MIX FINALS”. The date for the event is on Saturday, 24^th March, 2012 at their college auditorium, Hokkien’s Building.

This laudable event is been sponsored by Maybank, e-pay and Money Tree companies. The goal of the competition is to assemble the brightest of minds for a business competition. The competition will challenge participants’ business skills, creativity and ability to think outside the box.

It aims to sharpen the minds of youth and also to create extraordinary individuals by being fully aware on – “mixing with the best and beating the rest”. It exposes all to the cutting-edge ideas that is capable of breaking grounds in today’s competitive world. This Entrepreneurship Challenge will provide a platform for participants to showcase their extraordinary business ideas and will also grants them access to job and business opportunities.

      

The participating criterion is 3 to 4 students per team from various institutions of higher learning. On 3^rd March, all the participants will attend a pitching training session. The competition comprises a preliminary stage where all the teams do a 2-page Executive Summary and 90-seconds Introductory Video. More so, the final stage involves a 5-minutes presentation and 5-minutes Questions and Answers session.

Winner is expected to emerge after these sessions and an awesome cash award will be giving to the finalist thereafter.

In order to establish and fulfill this mandate birth the initiation of this event. The advisors and all the students member of the body have all it takes to beat the rest.
